While food assistance is an issue in our community all year round, it is a bigger issue at Christmas as many welfare and community organisations that provide food assistance close over the holiday period. This means that hundreds of families may go without food over the Christmas period.
In addition to monetary donations, Feed Geelong is inviting you to donate non-perishable food that will be distributed to those in need for the festive season.
Essential non-perishable food items required:
